More Online Services

Due to extremely large criminal appearance dockets, you are strongly encouraged to handle your case online or by mail.

The appearance date on your citation is NOT a trial date.  You must appear on or before the appearance date to inform the court how you want to proceed with your case.  However, if you make arrangements online, by mail, or by e-mail BEFORE THE APPEARANCE DATE on your citation, it is not necessary for you to appear in person.

Your online options are:

  1. Apply for the Driver Safety Course:  If you want to apply for the driver safety course and not have to appear in court, please click here.
  2. Pay your fine:  If you simply want to pay your fine and not have to appear in court, please click here.
  3. Set a court date:  To enter a plea of not guilty and set your case for a court date, please mail or e-mail a written request that includes your name and citation number OR appear in our office on Monday – Wednesday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. if you wish to speak with an Assistant District Attorney about your case. Proper Attire IS REQUIRED: no short, hats, tank tops or flip flops.

Civil Filing Notice:  The Court does not accept civil petitions by e-mail or fax.
