Chief Clerk: Richard Schmidt has served Harris County for more than thirty years. Since 1984, he has served as Chief Clerk of the Justice Court in Precinct Four, Position One. Serving a large portion of North Harris County, the court is one of the largest and most dynamic of its kind in the State of Texas. A fifth generation Texan, Richard graduated from Spring High School, and he holds earned degrees from Lone Star College and Sam Houston State University. |
