Methods of Payment

When paying in person, the court accepts the following:

Cash

Cashier's Check, payable to the Justice of the Peace

Money Order, payable to the Justice of the Peace

Bank Card (debit card)

Credit Card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

When paying by mail:

Cashier's Check, payable to Justice of the Peace (note Precinct and Place Number)

Money Order, payable to Justice of the Peace (note Precinct and Place Number)

Please do not mail cash

Note: The court cannot accept credit card payments for the following:

Cash Bonds

Appeal Bonds

Restitution

Payments by Mail

The court does not accept any personal or business checks for payments of any fines.
